Better Together Ithaca
On Saturday, May 11 Breaking Stalking tabled at the Better Together event at Stewart Park in Ithaca, NY from 11am to 3pm! Attendees enjoyed free activities for all ages while exploring different ways to support their mental health! There were musical performances, mini-workshops, a variety of vendors, and free ice cream - who doesn't love that!?

Entrepreneurs Expo
On Sunday, April 21 Breaking Stalking Founder Stefania opened the Influential Woman Entrepreneurs Expo in Rochester, NY with her talk The Entrepreneurial Journey. She shared bits of her healing journey which lit the flame to start Breaking Stalking. She also unveiled her 'special phrase' to inspire and motivate other new and flourishing entrepreneurs to start their journey!
Northeast Greek Leadership Association
Breaking Stalking was selected to educate and empower fraternity and sorority communities on stalking awareness and prevention at this annual northeast conference for professionals and students. on February 24. The majority of attendees experienced their first ever educational presentation on stalking!
The Mind, Body, and Spirit Wellness Expo
On Sunday, March 3 Breaking Stalking founder Stefania was a panel participant alongside a variety of other health and wellness experts at the Mind, Body, and Spirit Wellness Expo in Rochester, NY. Stefania shared her thoughts on general wellness, listening to one's gut instincts, and the importance of speaking up and seeking support from community when you are going through a difficult time.
Breaking Stalking Business Launch Event & Community Discussion
January 2024 marks the 20th annual National Stalking Awareness Month and the launch of Breaking Stalking!
This event brought the greater Central New York community together in a safe space for 'real talk' about an overlooked issue that affects so many of us. This free event included founder remarks, networking, details of Breaking Stalking's services, and a National Stalking Awareness Month activity station! This event was well attended with a variety of local organizations in attendance, including law enforcement, universities, and non-profit organizations.
Women's Opportunity Center
Breaking Stalking founder Stefania participated in a virtual panel discussion hosted by the Women's Opportunity Center on December 6, 2023. Panelists had an honest and empowering discussion around the topic of domestic violence and "Why Do They Stay," many sharing personal stories of their own experience. Stefania contributed facts and statistics around the intersection of stalking and intimate partner violence and offered some best practices on what to do if someone shares with you that they are experiencing behaviors that may exhibit stalking or relationship violence.
National Association for Campus Activities (NACA)
On October 26, 27, and 28, 2023 Breaking Stalking had an exhibit at the NACA Conference in Central New York!
University students, staff, and fellow conference exhibitors stopped by the booth to learn about services offered, meet the founder, and pick up some fun swag!
Manlius Pride Festival
Breaking Stalking hosted a table at the Manlius Pride Festival on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
Community members learned more about stalking in our community, and what to do if they need assistance and resources!
